Classic Vintage Posters publishes fine art, photographs and nostalgic images! We are Hawaii’s Premiere Ecological Publisher using recycled paperstock, non toxic inks, and filmless printing techniques. Our mission is to work together in harmony and to spread the spirit of aloha through our products. The Pacifica team looks forward to providing you with inspiring merchandise and the best service. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday 8:30am to 2:00pm Hawaiian Standard Time (2 to 3 hours earlier than PST depending on the season).
100% Guarantee – Classic Vintage Posters (herein referred to as CVP) guarantees total customer satisfaction. All CVP merchandise comes with our Money-Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, credit, or exchange, less CVP's actual shipping charges. The customer is also responsible for paying return shipping cost. Any returns after the 30 days are also subject to a 20% re-stock fee and will be deducted from the refund amount. No returns accepted after 90 days from purchase date.
Delivery – All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (exclude weekends & holidays). Custom designed jewelry will ship within 2 weeks of receiving your order. However, we maintain an inventory of most items and your order will often ship within 2 business days. Please contact us for delivery confirmation.
Returning your order – Return the merchandise along with a copy of your receipt and include all original packaging. Make sure that the contents of your package are secure. Return your merchandise via the United States Postal Service and request delivery confirmation. Any returns after the 30 days are also subject to a 20% re-stock fee and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Placing Orders – You may place orders online through our 100% SSI secure website, or fax us at 1-888-469-1770. If you have any questions or would like personal assistance with your order please call us at 1-800-222-7327 for customer service. Payment Methods – Pacifica welcomes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal, just a valid debit or credit card.
Sales Tax – All orders shipped within the State of Hawaii will incur a 4.166% sales tax. No Sales Tax due on orders shipped outside of Hawaii.
Free Shipping – Free shipping on orders of $35.00 or more within the United States. Orders placed for less than $35.00 will be charged a $10.95 shipping via USPS. No handling fee is ever charged.
Shipping & Packaging – We ship to most countries. All Items are shipped in strong walled cardboard tubes to ensure safe delivery. We aim to ship on the same day or the next working day.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or via International Airmail, both with insurance coverage and tracking service. You will receive a message from us with the Tracking information. To check the progress of your package, please go to www.usps.com.
Your order may also be shipped via FedEx Overnight and 2nd Day services at different charges.
FREE SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE for International orders.
All international orders ship FedEx Economy with insurance for damages or loss during transit.
International Import Duties and Customs – The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. The recipient must bear additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We do apologize for this matter, which is beyond our control.
